Order Processing

All of the items on Steel 'N' Feel store are print-on-demand products. Production begins 3 hours after you place your order. This allows a 3-hour window for cancellations or modifications. For more details, please visit our Modifications & Cancellations page. Once production starts, please allow 1-5 business days for processing. We will send you an email notification when your order is on its way!

We process orders Monday through Friday, Pacific Standard time, excluding holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Shipping carriers we use include USPS, DHL, Asendia, Spring GDS, Hermesworld, and Deutsche Post.

Shipping Fee

At Steel 'N' Feel, we offer flat-rate shipping based on your location. The rates are as follows:

  • US Standard Shipping: $4.99

  • AU Standard Shipping: $12.49

  • Rest of the world: $7.99

Note: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, including VAT, upon reaching your destination. These are the responsibility of the customer, and Steel 'N' Feel is not liable for these charges.

Fast Shipping Guarantees

We know how important it is for you to receive your orders on time, which is why we offer a Shipping Time Guarantee for all orders within the United States and the European Union. We guarantee delivery within 5 business days for U.S and EU orders after shipping. If your order takes longer than the guaranteed timeframe, we’ll refund the shipping cost. If your original order included free shipping, don’t worry! As part of our commitment to excellent service, we’ll either give you a free shipping code or a special gift for your next purchase as a thank-you for your patience.

Exceptions: Please note that this guarantee doesn’t apply to delays caused by customs, natural events, or other uncontrollable factors such as carrier disruptions. In such cases, we’ll keep you informed.

Tracking Notification

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 2-5 days for the carrier to update the status of your package. If your tracking number doesn't show updates within this timeframe, please contact our Customer Support for assistance.

While we strive to deliver within the estimated times, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, flight delays, high order volumes during sales) may affect delivery. Please check your tracking for the most accurate delivery information.

Shipping Address

Ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Steel 'N' Feel is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error.

If you request that the carrier forward or redirect a package, Steel 'N' Feel is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

USPS may deliver to P.O. Boxes, but other carriers may leave packages at locations like your front porch or garage. Please retrieve your package promptly to prevent mail theft, as we do not compensate for stolen orders.

Quality Issues
For items with quality concerns, such as defects or damage, please reach out to us at support@steelnfeel.com within 30 days and include photos of the product showing the issue. 1. What should I do if my order is marked as delivered but I haven’t received it?

If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately at support@steelnfeel.com or use the Contact Us form on our website. We will help you resolve the issue promptly.

2. Why is my order taking longer than expected to arrive?

If your order's production and shipping time has exceeded the estimated timeframe, please get in touch with our Customer Support team. For US and EU orders, we guarantee delivery within 5 business days after shipping. If your order is delayed beyond this, we’ll happily refund your shipping costs.

During busy periods, delivery may take longer than expected. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

3. What happens if my package is returned due to a wrong shipping address?

If your package is returned to us because an incorrect shipping address was provided, we will not be responsible for reshipping or providing a refund. As stated in our Modifications & Cancellations Policy, you can modify your shipping address within 3 hours of placing the order. After that period, you will be responsible for any issues caused by the incorrect address.
