How to Track Your Order
Tracking your order is simple, just follow these steps:
Step 1: Enter Your Details
Fill in your order number and email address, or use the tracking number you received in your shipping confirmation email.
Step 2: Check for Tracking Updates
Your tracking information will display the latest updates. Please note that it may take a few days for the carrier to scan and update the package's location.
- If your tracking hasn’t updated in 14 days, please contact us for assistance.
- If the tracking shows a delivery failure, double-check your shipping address (located below the tracking number). If the address is incorrect, we won’t be able to reship the package. The order will be returned to our supplier and disposed of.
